Welcome to St. Mark’s United Church and the website!
St. Mark’s is made up of many caring, compassionate people. We come together to worship God who calls us to be progressive, inclusive and life-affirming and to shine that understanding on the community and beyond.
Take a look around our site and get a feel for who we are as a community of faith. Better yet, come and join us on Sunday morning and experience our worship style.
So please, check us out on the web and then come and experience for yourself the warmth of St. Mark’s United Church every Sunday at 11 AM. In the summer, from late June until Labour Day, we worship at 10 AM.
Toronto is in the ‘Dish With One Spoon Territory’. The Dish With One Spoon is a treaty between the Anishinaabe, Mississaugas and Haudenosaunee that bound them to share the territory and protect the land. Subsequent Indigenous Nations and peoples, Europeans and all newcomers have been invited into this treaty in the spirit of peace, friendship and respect.
We wish to acknowledge the ancestral, traditional and unceded Aboriginal territories and peoples on whose territories we worship, pray and play and with whom we prayerfully seek deep reconciliation, justice and healing.
