Janet Smith Zenwirt – Minister
“I am both humbled and delighted to serve as your next minister. My approach to faith and ministry is grounded on relationships and their interconnectedness: we connect with God, our community of faith, and the broader community. Our lives are transformed in these relationships. As a church, we seek to act in solidarity with all of creation or all our relations.
We will continue to be grounded in beloved community so that we can partner with our diverse neighbourhood. Perhaps we will discover approaches that we could have never imagined. In the meantime, we will strive to follow the path of Jesus to bring justice, hope, and love to a world that dearly needs it.”
Janet attended Emmanuel College where she received her M.Div. We look forward to her time with us as she works towards growing new relationships both within the congregation and the wider community.
