Reverend Christopher White is our Supply Minister, starting mid March, 2018, and continuing until June, 2019.

Christopher brings of wealth of experience, starting right here at St Mark's, as a student in 1985.  He has served at Springbank United Church in Calgary, Westminster United Church in Whitby, and Fairlawn United Church in North York.

An avid writer, he has provided commentary for the United Church Observer (Question Box column), feature articles in Cottage Life and the Globe and Mail, and a number of church related visioning and stewardship books. 

Christopher speaks of being proud of his involvement with the United Church for all its forward thinking. He also feels that the church can offer relevant face to face personal interactions that is often so lacking in today's society.

Michael Gomiega - Music Director

Michael Gomiega is our Director of Music at St. Mark’s. Michael has a wonderful and diverse musical background with a Bachelor of Music degree (Major in Piano), from the University of the Immaculate Conception, Philippines, as well as considerable experience both participating in and leadership of a broad spectrum of musical endeavours, from teaching to a continuing role as the Pianist for the Toronto Beaches Children’s Chorus. Michael formally started as our permanent, part-time Director of Music on January 1, 2015.

A bit about me…. I have been doing children and youth Ministry since 1999 and have a diploma in Lay Ministry from Wycliffe Col-lege. I was raised in a very small but amazing Pres-yterian church in Toronto. I married my high school sweetheart in 1997 and we have three kids.
